RETURN POLICY


We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customized items are non-returnable.

To start a return, you can contact us at Email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund original order shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Chefrollbag does reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is returned beyond 15 days of purchase or if it is returned without original packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for international orders. 

REFUNDS


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Email

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCHANGES

We offer free return shipping on exchanges if you would like a different color or item. Please reach out to us at Email for further assistance.
